It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at paragraph No.5 of the Order dated 05.08.2025 in W.P.No.20686 of 2025, inadvertently it is asserted that although they produced the gold before the police in compliance of with the summons received, the police did not follow the procedure to produce it before the Court. In fact, the petitioner did not produce the gold items and on receiving the summons, the petitioner approached this Court challenging the said summons. Considering the submissions, in the interest of justice, since a typographical mistake crept in at paragraph No.5, the petition is allowed. Paragraph No.5 of the Order dated 05.08.2025 in W.P.No.20686 of 2025 shall be read 2 as under: “Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, even if they produce the gold before the police in compliance of the notice, it can be misused by the police by not producing before the Court.” Registry is directed to make necessary amendment and issue fresh copy. ________ Dr.VJP, J UPS 3
