GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No 3 to 6 in trying to dispossess the petitioners from their land in an extent of Ac 11 06 cents situated in Sy No 79/1 80/1 80/2 80/3 and 80/4 atTirumali Village Yeleswaram Mandal Kakinada District as being illegal arbitrary violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No 3 to 6 to not to dispossess the petitioners from their land to an extents of Ac 11 06 cents 2 Situated in Sy No 79/1 80/1 80/2 80/3 and 80/4 atTirumali Village Yeleswaram Mandal Kakinada District” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that police are not dispossess the petitioners from their land. 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder: “It is humbly submitting the remarks on behalf of the respondent herein. Soon after receipt of 112 call on 25.07.2025 at 11:55 AM from one Veerababu, Tirumali Village, near Cheruvu, Yeleswaram Mandal, Kakinada, East Godavari District, Cell No.9866440403 and immediately, HC 2319 and HG 56 attended the place situated at the fields of Tirumali Village and found some persons gathered there and on hearing versions of both parties, HC 2319 advised the caller to visit police station and give report as the matter is civil in nature and disposed the 112 call. Since then, no one visit Yeleswaram Police Station and none were reported anything relating to this matter. It is further humbly submitting that on 25.07.2025 Police attended to the place after receiving 112 call with a view to prevent law & order problem if any, but not trying to dispossess the petitioners from their land.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
