In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28th March, 2025 (Annexure-C) filed for issuance of Hakku Patra in respect of the Site bearing No.105 carved out in Survey No.46 of the Kadathanamale Village, Hesaraghatta Hobli, Yalahanka Taluk. 3. Heard Sri. Varadaraja P.N., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Navya Shekar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:21270 WP NO.16868 OF 2025 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ papers, the same would indicate that the Site bearing No.105 carved out in Survey No.46 of Kadathanamale Village, Hesaraghatta Hobli, Yelahanka Taluk has been granted and accordingly, the registered Sale Deed was executed in favour of the petitioner on 14th December, 2012. Pursuant to the same, the respondent- Authorities have not issued Hakku Patra in favour of the petitioner in respect of the same, despite, he had requested by filing a representation dated 28th March, 2025. In that view of the matter, respondent No.4-Tahsildar is directed to consider the representation dated 28th March, 2025 (Annexure-C) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
