Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 111/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 355/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 385, 387/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 17(i)(ii) of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of Sri Manoj Kumar Indwar, learned J.M., 1st Class, Chatra.
3. On 31.05.2023, randgari was demanded from the informant by mobile phone bearing mobile no. 8658058657. Rangdari was demanded on behalf of TPC extremist organization.
4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused Mohan Jee. It was further submitted that no money was transferred to the accused person.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent.
6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material available against the petitioner on record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Kumar Indwar, learned J.M., 1st Class, Chatra or his successor in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 111/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 355/2024.
