2025:JHHC:16700 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI A.B.A. No. 7716 of 2024 Md. Ayub, S/o Md. Abbas Khalifa, R/o Village and PO: Kujju, PS Mandu, District Ramgarh. ….. Petitioner(s). Versus 1.The State of Jharkhand 2. Neha Parween, W/o Md. Ayub, D/o Anish Khan, R/o Yahiya Nagar, Bypass Road, Pandarpalla, PO-B Politechnic, PS Bhuli OP (Bank More), District Dhanbad. ….. Opposite Parties ------ CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Jitesh Kumar, Advocate For the State : Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, APP ----- 04/24.06.2025: This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, as the petitioner has been allegedly implicated in connection with Complaint Case No.11078 of 2023, for the offences punishable under sections 323, 498A, 341, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3/4 of D.P.Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Dhanbad. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State. 3. The learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. 4. The case arises out of a complaint and the petitioner has approached this court only after cognizance has been taken and summons has been issued. 5. Thus, I find that there is no apprehension of the petitioner to be arrested, this anticipatory bail application is absolutely misconceived. 6. Petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Court below, who will pass order in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 7. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of. (ANANDA SEN, J. ) KNR/
