SUDHIR MATTEGUNTA The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the arrears of the petitioners w.e.f 02.06.2014 in the revised pay scales 2 of 2015, as per the orders of the 1St respondent Lr.No.14/17/2016/PROG.II/A1, dated 23.03.2018, and 3rd respondent proceedings RC.N0.1628/Estt/2017, dated 07.03.2018 consequently declare the in action of the respondents for non payment of the arrears of salary as stated supra is illegal, arbitrary and violation article 14 and 21 of the constitution of India.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Metta Chandra Sekhar Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
