Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. Petitioner is the father-in-law and respondent no.4 is a daughter-in-law. Both of them are fighting against each other in respect of a property for usage of the same. In view of an alternative and efficacious remedy being available, I am not inclined to invoke the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, WPA 13274 of 2025 is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
