Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time submits that prosecution has closed its side of evidence and the matter is now at the stage of recording the statement of accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. 2. Petitioner had earlier approached this Court in Crl.P.No.12247/2023, Crl.P.No.7326/2024 and Crl.P.No.11272/2024 and all his earlier petitions have been dismissed. While dismissing Crl.P.No.11272/2024 by order dated 18.02.2025, this Court had directed the Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of three months failing which liberty was reserved to the petitioner to revive his bail application. 3. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that prosecution has closed its side of evidence and the case before the Trial Court is at the stage of recording the statement of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:23670 CRL.P No. 7792 of 2025 accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. Therefore, at this stage, it is not necessary to entertain this petition. Accordingly, petition is disposed of. Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody for a considerable period of time, the Trial Court shall make endeavor to dispose of the case on merits as expeditiously as possible but not later than a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
