The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 10.2.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 0018 of 2025, under Sections 109, 352, 351(2) BNS, Police Station Shahazadnagar, District Rampur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned counsel for the informant has pointed out that the petitioner has filed anticipatory Bail Application No. 339 of 2025 (Faiz vs. State of UP), which is pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, District Rampur. It was further pointed out that the petitioner has criminal history of one case in Case Crime No. 0345 of 2022, under Sections 427, 454, 384, 323, 148, 147 wherein chargesheet has also been submitted against him and as such, he is a habitual offender. 4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw present petition and certified copy of the impugned FIR may be returned so as to enable the petitioner to seek any other remedy as may be available to him. 5. Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 6. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned FIR after retaining its photocopy on record.
