Case No. 250/2024, arising out of Mahagama P.S. Case No. 60/2024, Corresponding to G.R. Case No. 442/2024, for the offences under sections 411/413/414 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sri Anand Prakash, learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, Godda. On 06.04.2024, Mahagama Police apprehended this petitioner and on search three stolen motorcycles were recovered from his possession. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is involved in two other cases of similar nature. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
