This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Lower Bazar P.S. Case No.94 of 2024, for offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 386 and 34 IPC. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned J.M.F.C. at Ranchi.

Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

There is an allegation that the informant was assaulted while his car was being parked at the side of the road. It is stated that at the instance of the parking tenderer, his man assaulted the informant mercilessly.

From the impugned order and the F.I.R., I find that there is injury inflicted upon the informant, which is on his scalp. Further, this petitioner is the employee of the person who has taken the tender for parking. There is allegation against this petitioner also of assaulting the informant.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed.
