Pratiush Lala, Advocate, --- 03/03.01.2025 This Criminal Appeal has been filed against the order dated 18.10.2024 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Sahibganj in connection with Miscellaneous Criminal Application No. 454/2024, arising out of Sahibganj Mahila P.S. Case No. 14/2024, whereby and wherein the learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Sahibganj rejected the bail application of the appellant. The appellant on the pretext of marriage is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix who is a member of Schedule Tribe. It appears that the appellant had also taken loan of rupees 2 lakh in her name. It further appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for about 5 to 6 years. Learned lawyer for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant but does not dispute the aforesaid fact. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case; during the pendency of this appeal, appellant, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Sahibganj in connection with Miscellaneous Criminal Application No. 454/2024, arising out of Sahibganj Mahila P.S.
