This application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the learned Principal Judge Family Court, Jaunpur to conclude the proceedings of Case No.1152/2024 (Safiya Parveen vs. Salauddin), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali, District- Jaunpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the aforesaid complaint case has been filed in the year 2024, but not a single penny has been paid by the opposite party no.2 (husband) to applicant till date. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction that in case, the interim maintenance application, if not already filed by the applicant, be filed within two weeks from today, which shall be decided by the court concerned, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the said application. The concerned court below is also directed to decide the aforesaid complaint case, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
