On 02.10.2024, Gumla police apprehended the petitioner and co-accused persons, from Wale Road leading to Harina Khand from Anjan Dham and on search one country made pistol and 10 live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about six months. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
