Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case no. 652/2024 arising out of Lapung P.S. Case No. 22/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325 & 307 of the I.P.C. subsequently chargesheet has been submitted under Section 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-XI, Ranchi.
3. On 16.06.2024, the deceased Johnson Barla and his friend Manuwal Guria had gone near Tetariya Bagicha. The petitioner suspected that they had come there to steel mangoes. The petitioner is alleged to have given an axe blow from the back of the axe on the neck of deceased Johnson Barla due to which he succumbed to his injuries.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the deceased died due to falling from mango tree.
5. Learned A.P.P. after going through the case diary submitted that witness Manuwal Guria who was present there, has stated that the petitioner had assaulted the deceased, due to which he succumbed to his injuries.
6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage.
