After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of pressing the present petition, the petitioner will approach the school where the minor child is studying with a request that his name be duly reflected as the father of the minor child in the school records. 2. The petition alongwith the pending application, is as prayed for, disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. We make it clear that in case the petitioner makes a request to the school for incorporating his name in the school records, the school will consider the said request as per law.
