Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents - State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that, the petitioners had approached the respondent No.2 seeking rectification of the RTC in respect of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20140 WP No. 16715 of 2025 the subject land and same is not considered by the respondent No.2, despite the petitioners acquired the property as per the Gift Deed dated 01.11.1972. In that view of the matter, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation at Annexure–F and take decision in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 4. It is open for the petitioners to approach the competent authority through online and if such application is made, the same has to be considered accordingly. It is also open for the petitioners to make fresh representation to the respondent No.2 along with relevant documents to enable the respondent No.2 to take decision in the matter as stated above.
