This instant application has been file for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Chainpur PS Case No. 279 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 182 of 2024, S.T. No. 200 of 2024 under Section 376D of the Indi- an Penal Code. 2. As per the prosecution case, on the day of occurrence, while the victim came out from her house at 1:00 AM (night) to attend the nature’s call, suddenly petitioner along with his associates reached there and abducted the victim by closing her mouth and assaulted her by belt, fist and legs and there- after committed rape with her. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition- er has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The allegation as alleged in the FIR is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not commit any offence. 4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Earlier the regular bail application of the petitioner has been rejected on merits and there is no fresh ground to consider bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the earlier order dated 03rd January 2025, status report from the trial court has been received in which it is stated that trial is likely to be concluded within a period of two months. Therefore, this bail application is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial is not concluded within the said period. (Pradeep Kumar Srivastava, J.) Aditi
