Upon perusal of the factual report dated 12.02.2025, it is noted that one of the accused has been arrested in the instant matter. In light of the above, this Court directs the concerned Superintendent of Police to supervise the matter and conclude the investigation expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of passing of this order.
