Date : 25/06/2025 ORAL ORDER [1.0] By way of present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought for the direction to the respondent authority to comply with the order dated 05.02.2025 passed in SCR.A No.1643/2025 by the coordinate Bench by deciding the petitioner’s complaints dated 26.12.2023 and 24.01.2024. [2.0] Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and learned APP and perusing the record it appears that the coordinate Bench vide order dated 05.02.2025 passed in SCR.A No.1643/2025 has directed the respondent authorities to look into the complaints dated 26.12.2023 and 24.01.2024 of the petitioner and it is the grievance of the petitioner that till date nothing has been done. [3.0] Hence, present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent authorities to comply with the order dated 05.02.2025 passed in SCR.A No.1643/2025 and after taking into

consideration the complaints and other materials, if any, if the respondent authority is of the view that the same discloses commission of a cognizable offence, then appropriate directions be issued for registration of the FIR forthwith at the concerned Police Station. However, the Police Inspector, if after going through the materials, is of the view that no case is made out for registration of the FIR, then in such circumstances, he shall inform the petitioner in writing about the same by assigning reasons in brief, preferably within a period of four weeks from today. If any adverse outcome then the petitioner shall have liberty to file appropriate proceeding which shall be decided on its own merits. [4.0] With the above observation, present petition stands
disposed of.
