The writ petition being W.P.(C) No.6143 of 2023 has been filed for the following relief :- “for issuance of order/ orders, direction/ directions & writ/ writs in nature of mandamus for issuance of direction to the respondent No.4 to issue rent receipts in respect of plot No.479, 1971, 463 and 1139 of khata No.189, thana No.137 situated at Mouza Saparom, District Ranchi as in Register – II the said lands are recorded in the name of Mahesh Lal Vishwakarma father of the petitioner.” 3. On instruction of the client, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petitions with a liberty to work out his further remedy in accordance with law. 4.
