(Oral) While placing on record copy of office order dated 24.3.2025 issued under the signatures of Senior Executive Engineer, Electrical Division HPSEBL, Dalhousie-cum-cadre, Controlling-cum- Appointing Authority, Ms. Vandana Misra, learned counsel representing the respondents states that mandate containing judgment stands duly complied subject to the outcome of the LPA filed by the Department against the judgment sought to be complied with. 2. Having perused aforesaid office order, which is taken on record, this Court finds that the respondents have complied with the judgment, subject to outcome of LPA pending adjudication before a - 2 - Division Bench of this Court, as such present proceedings can be closed. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that besides re- engagement of the petitioner, consequential benefits flowing from the judgment are also released/paid expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks.
