At the outset, learned counsels for the parties submit that during pendency of this proceeding, a letter has been issued by the Deputy Inspector General addressing to Superintendent of Police, Hazaribagh/ Giridih/ Koderma/ Chatra/ Ramgarh. 2. Learned counsels for both the parties submit that letter dated 17.02.2025 addressed to Superintendent of Police, Hazaribagh/ Giridih/ Koderma/ Chatra/ Ramgarh has been issued by giving direction to provide the required cooperation in the work being done by Orange Media Info (P) Ltd., in the respective districts. 3. For brevity, relevant portion of the letter dated 17.02.2025 is extracted herein below:- “अतएव उपरोᲦ पᳯरᮧे᭯य मᱶ िनदेिशत ᳰकया जाता है ᳰक अ᭤यावेदन मᱶ वᳶणत िब᭠दुओ के आलोक मᱶ बढ़ते अपराध पर िनयंᮢण, िविध-᳞व᭭था का संचालन एवं नागᳯरकᲂ कᳱ सुिवधा के म᳎ेनजर Orange Media Info Private Limited ᳇ारा ᳰकये जा रहे कायᲄ मᱶ अपने-अपने िजला᭠तगᭅत अपेिᭃत सहयोग करना सुिनि᳟त करᱶ साथ ही क᭥पनी ᳇ारा ᮧ᭭तुत संᳰद᭏ध वाहनᲂ कᳱ सूची और फोटो को स᭜यािपत करᱶ, यᳰद ᳰकसी वाहन ᳇ारा वाहन मोटर अिधिनयम का उ᭨लंघन ᳰकया जाता है तो उस पर िनयमानुसार अᮕतर कारᭅवाई करᱶ, ताᳰक सरकार के राज᭭व मᱶ वृि᳍ हो सके। अनुलᲨक - यथोपᳯर।” 4. Having regard to the aforesaid fact and the letter dated 17.02.2025; it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. 5.
