ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the 4th respondent to act upon the complaint dated 07.04.2025 made by the petitioner against the 5th respondent and others as per the law as illegal and arbitrary and violation of Articles 19, 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 07.04.2025 submitted by the petitioner and take necessary action as per law and pass…”
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on receipt of written instructions, would submit that the petitioner did not submit any report to the respondent No.4 on 20.06.2023 or any other date. He would further submit that the 4th respondent have received a registered post dated 19.04.2025 sent by the petitioner. It was entered in General diary on 19.04.2025 and enquired into the matter thoroughly. He would further submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.111 of 2023 under Section 498A of IPC and 3 & 4 of D.P.Act of Elamanchili Police Station which was filed by the wife of the petitioner. The present stage of the case is PT in the Court of PCJ cum JFCM, Narsapuram vide C.C.No.160 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.

4. Recording the same, the Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
