Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the respondent-State.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the notice dated 20.05.2025 (Annexure-A) issued by respondent No.4 to the petitioner stating that action will be taken under Section 192 (A) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 and also stated to vacate the schedule property.
3. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner has filed objection to the same at Annexure-L dated 29.04.2025 and also it is forthcoming from the writ papers that the matter is pending
consideration before respondent No.3-Assistant Commissioner.
4. In that view of the matter, without expressing opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the objection/representation filed by the petitioner herein dated 29.04.2025 at the earliest and till the
consideration of the said objection/representation at

Annexure-L, respondent No.4 shall not take any decision in the matter as per Annexure- A.

Since the matter is pending consideration before respondent No.3 herein and the objection/representation at Annexure-L is pending consideration before respondent No.3, I am of the view that the Annexure - A notice is premature and hence, proceedings have to be quashed, at Annexure - A With these observations, petition is disposed of.
