The petitioners are challenging the common order dated 04th September, 2025 passed by Respondent No.2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee, thereby invalidating their claim of belonging to Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the real sister of Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 has also been granted validity by this Court by order dated 07th January, 2023 passed in Writ Petition No. 298 of 2023. Petitioner No.3 is also related to Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 as it is claimed that he is cousin brother of Petitioner Nos.1 and 2. 3. Hence, we pass the following order :- ORDER (I) Writ petition is allowed. (II) Impugned order dated 04th September, 2025 passed by Respondent No.2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee, thereby invalidating the claim of the petitioners of belonging to Mannervarlu Scheduted Tribe, is hereby quashed and set aside. (III) Respondent No.2 - Caste Scrutiny Committee is directed to issue validity certificates to the petitioners of belonging to Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe, subject to following conditions :- (a) The certificate to be issued to the petitioner shall be coterminus with the validity certificates on which the petitioner has relied before us. (b) The petitioner shall not claim any equity. (c) In the event the petitioner’s case is reopened, the petitioner shall co-operate with the Scrutiny Committee for taking the matter to its logical end. ( ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, J. ) ( R.G.
