This petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners, namely, Abdur Rahim and Abdul Hekim, have prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Karimganj P.S. Case No. 412/2025, registered under Section 296/109/196(2)/351(2) /3(5) of BNS corresponding to GR Case No. 1250/2025) of BNS, 2023. 3. The allegations against the petitioners were that they have assaulted the informant. 4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the informant has himself lodged the FIR. Therefore, this may not be a case under Section 109 of the BNS. 5. The petitioners were granted interim bail on 8-12-2025. 6. It is submitted by the Prosecution that case diary is not received but intimation has been received that investigation is complete and the same has resulted in a charge sheet vide CS number 382/25 dated 29.11.2025. 7. In view of the completion of investigation, I do not deem it necessary to cancel the interim bail and accordingly, the same is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions that the petitioners: (i) shall be available for trial, if one commences. (ii) shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. (iii) shall not try to influence the witnesses or harm/intimidate/ harass the informant side. 8.
