The prayer made in the instant petition is for quashing the order dated 20.02.2025 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) rejecting the prayer of the petitioner for restoration of the allotment of plot no. 444 in Block-6B of Sector 18. 2. Sri A.B. Singhal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of YEIDA on instructions states that YEIDA will revisit the entire matter after giving opportunity to the petitioner for hearing. 3. In view of the said stand, we quash the impugned order dated 20.02.2025 and permit the respondent no.2 to pass a fresh order on the request of the petitioner for restoration of the plot after complying with the principle of natural justice. 4.
