GP FOR INDUSTRIES COMMERCE (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in issuing Notice in Rc.No.184/Est-E1/84, dated 2.05.2018 retiring the petitioner from service with effect from 31-5-2018 and also relieving the petitioner order dated 31-5-2018 as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the constitution of India and further declare that the petitioner is entitled to continue in service till he attains 60 years of age as per G.O.Ms.No.138 Finance (HR.IV- FR) department dated 8-8-2017 and pass such other order or orders……” 2 2. Sri P.Ramabhoopal Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the relief has become infructuous and petition may be disposed of. 3. Learned Government Pleader for Industries and Commerce, appearing for the respondents, is in attendance. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous.
