In view of the order, which is being proposed to be passed, notices are not being issued to O.P. No. 2. 3. This is an application filed under Section 528 BNSS seeking a direction for Judicial Magistrate IV, Allahabad to decide Complaint Case No.602 of 2018 (Yogesh Kesarwani v. Ravi Krishna Gupta) as expeditiously as possible, if possible within a stipulated period fixed by the Hon'ble Court. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a time bound direction be issued for expeditious disposal of the complaint case. Learned A.G.A. submits that has no objection to the same. 5. Considering the rival parties, the application stands disposed of requiring the court below to decide the said proceedings after hearing the respective parties with most expedition without granting unnecessary adjournment that too not beyond a period of 10 days at a stretch. 6. Passing of this order may not be construed that this Court has adjudicated the matter on merits.
