This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in repeatedly calling the petitioners to attend the Nallajerla Police Station, at the instance of respondents 6 to 8, as illegal, contrary to law, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and against the principals of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 4 and 5 not to call the petitioners to the Police Station compelling to withdraw Crime No. 89 of 2025 of Mahila Urban Police Station, Rajahmundry.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, in view of the crime registered against the Petitioners, the present writ petition is filed with false allegations against Respondents - Police. Hence, the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri Katha Siva Sai Chandra Subhash, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4.
Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
