The order dated 19.06.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1791 of 2025 in Cr.No.166 of 2025 of GRP Police Station, passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under ‘the NDPS Act’, Visakhapatnam, against the petitioner/Accused No.1 is hereby modified as under: i.
