Patil, learned counsel for the applicants submits that vide order dated 22nd September 2025, in clause (ii), this Court has permitted the applicants to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) and additionally, by giving solvent surety/security to the extent of 20% for such withdrawal. 3. The learned counsel further submits that, despite the aforesaid order, the Nazir Department has not disbursed 80% of the amount to which 2025:BHC-AUG:26398 This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // ( 2 ) CA-10288-25 the applicants are entitled upon furnishing the undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial), as per clause (ii) of the said order. He, therefore prays to correct the clause (ii) of the said order. 4. In view of the above, clause (ii) of the order be corrected which reads as follows : “The applicants are permitted to withdraw 80% of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial). Further withdrawal of balance 20% amount is subject to furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial). 5.
