Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 07.11.2024 passed by respondent no.2. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 issue the Fire Arm License i.e. Rifle for life securing and safety within stipulated period according to given in Arms License Rules, 2016." 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that against the impugned order petitioner has remedy of filing appeal. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority by filing appeal within thirty days from today. In the event such an appeal is filed, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided by the appellate authority expeditiously.
