The Court made the following:
ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned Proceedings bearing Rc.No.275/A/2017 dated 11.04.2018 of the respondent No.1 and the consequential proceedings bearing Rc.No.Spl/2018 dated 05.05.2018 of the respondent No.2 as void, illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, without jurisdiction and set aside the same and to pass.”
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education would submit that the respondent authorities have complied with the interim order passed by this Court on 07.06.2018 in IA No.1 of 2018 and no further necessary are necessary in this Writ Petition. In this regard, Written Instructions dated 17.03.2025 given by respondent No.4 are placed on record.

3. For ready reference, the relevant portion of the written instructions dated 17.03.2025 reads as under:
“I submit that the petitioner is eligible Automatic advance Scheme for 18 years as he completed 18 years service on the cadre of School Assistant. I submit that Automatic advance Scheme for 18 years scale was sanctioned to the petitioner. I submit that the petitioner has retired 31/12/2018. In view of the above, I submit that kindly apprise the same before the Hon’ble High Court of A.P.,”
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, the Writ Petition may be disposed of.
5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
