However, there is only one NDPS Court in the North District. The matter is accordingly referred to the worthy Registrar General, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi for securing the appropriate directions in the matter. The file along with reasons disclosed by the concerned Judge be sent to the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and the matter may be placed before worthy Registrar General, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, for 20.08.2025.
