This petition is filed aggrieved of order dated 27.06.2024 passed by the Board of Revenue, Ajmer (hereafter ‘the Board’) directing the parties to maintain status-quo qua the land in question till the next date. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interim protection has been granted to the respondent No.1 by the Board without hearing the other party. 3. From the perusal of the order it is evident that while issuing notice in the revision petition the interim protection was granted and it was only till the next date. This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise the objection to the interim protection granted on the stay application which is still pending. 5. In view of ex-parte interim protection granted by the Board compensation of the land acquired is affected and hence the Board shall make an endeavour to decide the stay application at the earliest but not later than three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
