SL. No Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGES’S ORDERS WPMS No.568 of 2025 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Mr. Rishab Ranghar, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Pawan Sanwal, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Rahul Consul, Advocate for the respondent. Heard. It is the case of the petitioner that a map was submitted for approval to the respondent authorities, which was once rejected, but in appeal, the matter was remanded and again the matter was rejected. It was again challenged in appeal. The appeal was allowed with the direction to the respondent-authorities to take a decision on the map within a stipulated time, but it is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondent authorities are yet sitting over the map and no action has been taken; spot inspection has not been done for a long. Essentially, the petitioner is trying to enforce the order of the appellate authority. For this purpose, the writ petition may not be entertained. The petitioner may very well approach the appellate authority for compliance of the order that has been passed by it. With the above observation, the petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
