Petitioner seeks quashment of FIR No.205/2024 for offences under Section 115, 127(1), 140(3) and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [for Short, BNSS], primarily on the ground that he has arrived at compromise with respondent No.2, the complainant, at whose instance impugned FIR came to be registered. Compromise is part of the petition. Statements of petitioner and respondent No.2-complainant have been recorded before learned Registrar Judicial of this Court, a perusal whereof reveals that a compromise deed dated 16.07.2024 duly notarized came to be executed between him and the petitioner accused-Ravinder Singh, he has no grievance against the petitioner and has no objection to the quashment of impugned FIR.
