GP FOR EDUCATION (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “... to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned Proceedings bearing Rc.No.275/A/2017 dated 11.04.2018 of the respondent No.1 and the consequential proceedings bearing Rc.No.Spl/2018 dated 05.05.2018 of the respondent No.2 as void, illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional without jurisdiction and set aside the same....” 2. None represented for the Petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education appearing for respondents on written instructions dated 18.03.2025 received from respondent No.3 would submit that the Government have implemented the interim order passed by this Court on 07.06.2018 in IA No.01 of 2018. Hence, 2 the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition may be disposed of. 4. For ready reference, necessary portion of the written instructions is extracted hereunder: “ I submit that the petitioner is eligible Automatic advance Scheme for 18 years as he completed 18 years service on the cadre of School Assistant. I submit that Automatic advance Scheme for 18 years scale was sanctioned to the petitioner. I submit that the Petitioner has retired 30/10/2020. In view of the above, I submit that kindly apprise the same before the Hon’ble High Court of AP.,” 5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
