The Court made the following ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 03.01.2023 passed in W.P.No.33640 of 2018. 2. Sri C.Vamsi Krishna, learned counsel for the respondents on counter submitted that as per the directions of this Court dated 03.01.2023, orders have been passed and nothing remains for adjudication in the matter, as such, prayed to close the contempt. 3. Sri M.Ram Prasad, learned counsel representing Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has no instructions from his clients and they are not in touch with him. 4. Recording the said submissions, as the authorities have passed orders and complied with the directions of this Court, there remains nothing for adjudication in the matter and the contempt is liable to be closed. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioners feel that there is still contempt, they can file appropriate application. There shall be no order as to costs.
