Accordingly, all these bail applications are being disposed of by a common order. 2. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 80/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109, 190, 191(2), 191(3) & 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Jamtara. 3. It is alleged that on 26.07.2024 at about 4:30 P.M., the petitioners alongwith co-accused persons went to the land of the informant and assaulted him and his family member. It is alleged that the petitioner Md. Ibrahim @ Ibrahim @ Brahim Mian gave sword blow on the persons of Mangal Mian due which he succumbed to his injuries and died. As far as the petitioners Amir Mian @ Amir Miyan and Md. Ilyash Mian @ Ilyash Miyan @ Md. Ilyash Ansari are concerned, they are also alleged to have assaulted two persons who had sustained injuries. 4. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the occurrence had taken place due to land dispute between the parties. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. 6. Considering the fact that Md. Ibrahim @ Ibrahim @ Brahim Mian is the main assailant of deceased Mangal Mian, I am not inclined to release the petitionerMd. Ibrahim @ Ibrahim @ Brahim Mian, on bail. Accordingly, the bail application of Md. Ibrahim @ Ibrahim @ Brahim Mian stands rejected. As far as the petitioners namely Amir Mian @ Amir Miyan and Md. Ilyash Mian @ Ilyash Miyan @ Md. Ilyash Ansari are concerned, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jamtara in connection with Narayanpur P.S.
