This application has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner Shri. Xavier Narzary in respect of Excise Page No.# 2/2 Case No. CHR/03/2025 dated 19.06.2025 registered under Section 53(1)(a)(b)(c)(d) (e) of Assam Excise Act, 2018. 3. Pursuant to the interim order dated 27.06.2025 granted to the petitioner, Shri. Xavier Narzary has appeared before the I/O and has cooperated with police investigation. 4. For the aforesaid reasons, the petitioner does not deserve to be detained in custody. The pre-arrest bail application is allowed. 5.
