POCSO Case No.44 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 366A, 376(3), 376D, 376(2)(n) of the I.P.C. and Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge POCSO Act, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. Petitioner along with co-accused persons are alleged to have gang raped the victim. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
