GP for services II The Court made the following Order : The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…pleased to issue a Writ Order of direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in not providing police aid for implementation of orders of this Hon’ble Court issued in WP No.12665 of 2020 despite of there is request from the Thasildar of Chandrasekarapuram of Prakasam District, issued vide its proceedings No.RC A/72/2020 dated 18.09.2020 as illegal arbitrary and violation of 2 W.P(AT) No.1020 of 2021 principles of natural justice and also Articles 14, 16, 19, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to act in accordance with law and pass…” 2. Heard Sri.S.Karunakar, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-II. 3. On 05.03.2025, this Court passed the following order: “This petition is filed challenging the circular memo No.Rc/ENC/AP/A2/03032015, dated 10.05.2017, issued by the Engineer-in-chief, State of A.P., Water Resources Department, Vijayawada. The learned Assistant G.P. Services-II placed on record the written instructions submitting that the very same memo which is under challenge in the present case was ratified by the State of A.P. vide Memo.No.19039/Services-I/2013, dated 06.07.2017 and that the memo dated 10.05.2017 and the memo dated 06.07.2017 were declared illegal by order dated 22.11.2019 by the Division Bench of the High Court of Telangana in common Order in W.P.Nos.37131, 36489, 41996 of 2017, 5776, 6094, 6474, 9959, 14748, 16994, 35119, 35667 and 35986 of 2018 Therefore, she submitted that the present petition has become infructuous. It is further represented that W.P.No.9993 of 2020 was filed by Vangala Sreenivasa Reddy and 3 W.P(AT) No.1020 of 2021 three (3) others being aggrieved by the aforesaid order dated 22.11.2019 of the Division Bench. Then the learned counsel for the petitioner requested time to take instructions. Post on 10.03.2025.” 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief in the writ petition had become infructuous as noted on 05.03.2025. 5. In continuation of the proceedings of this Court dated 05.03.2025 recorded supra and the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner today, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
