Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pakur Town P.S. Case No. 174/2024, for the offences registered under Section 309(6) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Pakur.
3. On 21.07.2024, at about 09:30 p.m., the informant was robbed by three unknown persons near the house of the co-accused Manjarul Seikh.
4. It appears that the petitioner was put on T.I. Parade and he has been identified.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that T.I. Parade was held after the police has submitted charge-sheet.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that T.I. Parade was held within a month from the date of the arrest of the petitioner.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage.
