Raghunandan Rao) The petitioner has approached this Court, for production of the respondents 13 & 14 on the ground that they have been detained, without arrest, by the respondents 5 to 9. 2. This Court, was informed by the Learned Government Pleader that the detenues have never been detained and they are being only issued a notice, under Section-35(3) of BNSS, in relation to Crime No.275 of 2024, 2 registered with the 5th respondent-Station House Officer, Piduguralla police station, Palnadu District. 3. As the crime has been registered and the Learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Piduguralla, is seized of the matter, it would be appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner or the detenues to raise the issue of illegal detention before the Magistrate. In the event of any finding by the Learned Magistrate, regarding illegal detention, the same can be re-agitated before this Court. 5. Needless to say, the Learned Magistrate shall consider all the material placed by the petitioner or the detenues before the Court. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
