This is an application filed U/s 528 of BNSS for quashing of the impugned order dated 20.01.2025 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haridwar in Case No.2372 of 2013, ‘State Vs. Vishal’, under Sections 411 and 413 IPC. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that NBW has been issued against the applicant and the applicant is ready to appear personally before the trial court on each and every date to face the trial. 4. In view of the above, the instant application filed U/s 528 of BNSS is disposed of with the direction that if the applicant moves an application for recalling the NBW before the Court concerned, the Court concerned shall consider the same sympathetically. 5.
