Revision petition came to be filed on 03.05.2019. After obtaining the interim order on 08.05.2019, there is no progress in the case and matter is not yet admitted. Order sheet depicts that revision petitioner has not chosen to proceed with the case diligently. 3. On 26.06.2023, revision petitioner appeared in person and sought for short accommodation to engage an Advocate. Court accepted the request of the revision petitioner and adjourned the matter by two weeks. 4. Thereafter, again on 02.08.2023, time was prayed on behalf of the revision petitioner and as a last chance, matter was ordered to be listed on 18.08.2023. 5. On 06.12.2023, when the matter was again listed for admission, there is a change of Advocate and granted time. 8. On 08.01.2024 and 08.04.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner. 9. Accordingly, revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
