This petition has been filed to initiate a contempt proceeding against the opposite party No. 1 for non-compliance of order dated 10.04.2024 passed by this Court in W.P. (S) No. 1471 of 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the opposite party has produced a copy of the order passed by the Municipal Commissioner whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. He submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that right may be reserved with the petitioner to take appropriate steps in connection with the reasoned order. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the order passed by this Court in W.P. (S) No. 1471 of 2023 dated 10.04.2024 has been complied, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt proceedings, which is hereby dropped. 6.
